z77 ud5h blue tooth not working?

Hi all

Can anyone with the gigabyte z77-ud5h-wb with bluetooth confirm if your bluetooth actually works and if the green light on the back of the card actually turns on?


I have tried everything (short of changing minipci slot or taking out Cross fire GPU) to make this work and no dice.


The software installs fine and I am using the wireless no issues (green light turns on for wifi behind the card) but no luck with blue tooth function.


Is the card faulty? Is the motherboard faulty?
Does the bluetooth light come on by default?

Went back to basics and figured out what the issue was.


Make sure the included cable is attached from the USB port of the adapter card to the usb plug on the motherboard.


Problem solved.
