Anybody know what is a safe OC setting for 32gb's of ripjawx 1600mhz on the extreme9 asrock mb would be?

every single system had different setting/OC ability, also, are you talking about OC the CPU or OC the memory!? that's different!

basically, you can enable the XMP profile to running 1600Mhz as well, or manually tweak the timing to 9-9-9-24 2N(T), DRAM voltage to 1.5v
or you can try 1866Mhz by raising the DRAM voltage from 1.5v~1.65v, CPU voltage up to 1.2v for another shot.
as long as you can stable the system, keep that voltage settings, just don't make the DRAM voltage over 1.65v and it will be fine.
