M5A99FX Pro R2.0 wont boot WIN XP

when it gets to the point to show the logo I see BSOD for a split second then repeats over the same. I installed WIN XP on another PC thinking it would boot, it didnt. I have WIN7 Pro 64bit to install ontop of XP, just wont boot. Please help

Well, Iv had a disaster with my GPU, its dead. So no longer need this thread, am going to get new GPU and new WIN7 OS, CD, hopefully that will fix booting problem. Thanks anyway.
