ga-ma78gm-us2h vs ga-magm-us2h vs ga-ma785gm-us2h ?

My ma78gm-us2h ver. 1.0 died from salt overdose (I live on the coast) and I would like to replace it with something that would accept my present XP and program configurations so that all that I would have to do is plug in the hard drive and go. Would the ga785gm-us2h do the job without my having to reconfigure everything? What is the difference between the two mobo's?Any suggestions would be welcome, maybe even other mobos, just so that I will not have to spend days installing and configuring again. Thanks.
