First of all, I am a first time PC Builder!
I am having a really hard time selecting a motherboard for my new PC.
I am going to be doing
-Gaming
-Programming
-Lots of virtulization
-No Overclocking
My total budget is $800 - $1000 and my processor is going to be a 4770 (1150 Socket). I'm figuring around $200 is a good amount for a motherboard although I could spend more if I need it. I do not need any OC features.
From a little snooping around I have found:
-ASUS SaberTooth z87
-ASUS Gryphon z87
-ASUS Maximus VI Hero
-GIGABYTE Z87X-OC
I am wondering what a good motherboard would be for my needs. There are no certain features I need in the board.
Any help would be extremely appreciated!
