Uhuh..........used to work at an abattoirs.
There we used to kill sheep, goats, beef, pigs, emus, deer.
Hated doing goats, they really stink, dont know how ppl can eat them or deer for that matter.


The skin shed was the worst job anyone could have (not that I ever worked in that section) seeing all those maggots crawling around would be enough to make anyone sick

Creamed Rice Pudding (microwave style)

1/2 cup rice
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of butter
300ml of cream

1. Combine rice, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a deep microproof dish.

2. Dot with butter and cook on medium for 10 mins stir during and end of cooking time.

3. Cook a further 20 mins on low stirring twice during this time.

4. Cool slightly and fold through whipped cream prior to serving. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
