  • wheel mouse under Linux

    :confused: I have a microsoft wheel mouse optical usb. The problem is the wheel will not work in Linux. Any helpful hints etc??:cheers: :cheers:

      What version of linux is it?
      When i installed MDK9 i just told it i have a M$ explorer and then it asked me to test the wheel, and it all worked.

                How about going into Yast and selecting another mouse type?
                I have tried two button wheel mouse on ps2 and it worked fine for my Logitech optical with wheel. If I remember right there is a selection for MS wheelmouse.
