:snip:
Anybody an idea for solving the following problem?

Situation:
One computer is
ECS K7VZA motherboard with AMD Duron 700MHz CPU, 256 MBRAM
Xelo Geforce4 MX440 64MB RAM

Other computer is
ECS P6BAP+ motherboard with Intel Celeron 800MHz CPU, 256 MBRAM
Xelo Geforce4 MX440 64MB RAM

Problem is with first computer:
when playing games the system hangs completely (needs full reboot!) after a few seconds?

This is not with the second computer!

Already done:
latest upgrades of BIOS, VIA drivers
NVidia drivers tested: 28.32 and latest 4x.xx

Windows 98SE
Peer to peer network
ADSL to Internet

Thanks to anyone answering

Head over to www.guru3d.com and grab one of their video tweaking programs (RivaTuner, aTuner, GeForce Tweak Utility, etc) as these can add a registery fix for Athlon systems that need it. They also have an extensive range of drivers to try as well. ;)
