I am trying to get the word out to see how many people would be interested in coming to FragFest 2003. It is the 1st time we at PCExtreme have ever attempted an event of this scale.
We have rented a big arena (12,000 square feet for the LAN area alone) and the capacity is 3,000.
We already got the financial backing to get it off the ground, and are currently working on serveral sponsors to be there, and give demos and to give out prizes for the game tourneys.

We have also invited Kyle Bennett to host the [H]ardware Workshop at our event since they cancelled his venue, and at this point is a possibility especially since we are just 200 miles apart, but we will have to wait and see how his situation pans out.
