Hi,
I have a an ex-50 with 5 x 2Tb drives set as raid 5. We had a thunder storm, power went out and so did the unit. The ex-50 is my backup unit to the NAS drive (qnap) which came back up perfectly.
When I powered the ex-50 back up the lights on the left just flash - blue at the top and every second red one. Have been through ever website I can find and can't find anything to help. If I run the software it comes up with "no disk or raid".
Needless to say I would really like to get the data back but don't know where to go from here.
