it was a post to compare the 3d performance of processors. Rendering speeds and so on.

and its based on the 3d Studio Max 5 bench marking tool.

I saw they where using rdram 800 on the Intel platform for this test. The cpu should be able to perform a bit better with 1066.
It would make it more expensive though.

It certainly wasn't in the right place in the New Products forum but I was goin' to stick it in the Whinning or Intel forum till they decided it was a visual thing. :devil:
