UT2003 Matrox g450 help tweaking

I was just wondering if anyone could offer some help on how to tweak UT2003 to run smoothly with the Matrox G450 card. I can't figure out how to get the graphics to look decently acceptable as well as having the crosshairs clearly show up on my screen.

Here's the specs of the machine if that might be of some help:
P4 1.7Mhz,
256 megs of Ram
Matros G450 Card (crap)
18" flat panal monitor..

Either switch to OpenGL, or download and use the new D3D renderer - instructions and links for both are in my UT2003 Tweak Guide.

Also make sure you have the absolute latest drivers for the card. Now it just may be at the end of the day that UT2003 will not run well on your card because it's not a well supported graphics card.
