Can Anyone tell me how to make Win DVD run smooth without beeing so choppy I even tried a diverent player InterActual player but it still is choppy is this a hardware problem or software problem?

I've got a similar problem with all DVD playing no matter what program, if anyone has any tips I'd love to hear them!

I've been using PowerDVD for over a year and haven't had any problems. With the horsepower available in today's systems, it generally isn't this anymore.

You forgot to mention in this post (unlike in the other one) that it is a socket 7 mobo you're running this on. It's a hardware problem most likely. The hardware isn't up to snuff.
