Monitor I found

I found an Viewsonic Professional 21" monitor. It works, but periodically shuts off, then degausses.

Anyone know what's wrong with and if it's repairable?

It's either got a bidge/short some where inside, or it's sucking too much power, couple lans ago some guy brought along a 21" acer and there was a comp with not high rated PSU that kept on restarting because of it.
