I have a Lian Li EX503 drive enclosure for 5x 3.5" SATA drives, USB3 and E-SATA connectors.

I have lost the 20 screws (4 per drive) that hold the brackets to the drives, these specific screws are needed to fit into the mounting slots and align the drives with the SATA connectors.
Where can I purchase replacement screws?

I have tried the Lian Li distributor here in New Zealand and they just said to look at a local hardware store. No help at all really, as the screws I need are a specific shape made specifically for this enclosure.

Any help/advise much appreciated.

It looks like metric shoulder screws.

Hi. Sorry, but you will need to contact support about that. They won't tell me.
Lian-Li Global | RMA (http://www.lian-li.com/en/rma/)
Use an email address with no spaces, _, -, or other special characters.

I suspect they will send you new ones, but slowly.
But really, take the drive and sled to a good hardware store and try to find them local. With a print out of that picture. It will save you a lot of time if you get lucky.
I say that as a geek, not Lian Li.

And, if you don't here back form support before Next Monday, PM me here with the email you used. I can check.

Thank you, I have sent the request and will wait for a week for a response.
I have looked at local hardware stores and can find nothing even remotely similar.
Thank you for your help.
