how do u put new cars in gta3

in gta3.net i downloaded some new cars and areas:) but after that i didnt know were to put em:confused: if any one knows how to put new cars and tracks in gta3 plz tell me:(

you need a program called IMG tool it can be found on www.gta3mods.com the site does not work atm except the forums but im sure you can find the IMG tool for Gta3 elsewere. there is also a HOW to with it so i will not bother posing it
