ATI Radeon 9700 Pro - Overclock

I read in my PC Gamer that the ATI Radeon 9700 Pro has very limited Overclockability due to the fact it has one or no heatsinks. If this is true, and in the future would I still beable to overclock it jsut maybe like 200 hetrz or something like that! Without heating it up too much? What do you think on that?:shoot3:

All "Top End" video cards are limited in their overclockin' capabilities as they are designed and clocked to give the best performance/stability available in stock form (it's just a fact of life).
