Haven't played Mafia: City of lost Heaven?
Go straight to the store och fork som cash up. The game rules - Superb graphic, excellent story, great voiceacting and the cars and characters rule!:D
I played this game for about 3 weeks of constant gaming. Wanting to know every little detail and getting every car. The game totally gets you. You cant live without playing it. When i finished the game I almost started to cry:cry:
When playing you really "feel" the guy you are playing, ypu become MAFIA.
The swedish Pcgamer voted it to Best game of the year (and some other catergories).
I second the vote for Mafia. I didn't expect it to be anything more than an attempt to cash on mafia stereotypes, but it is so beautifully done and detailed, and the Free Ride mode adds a lot of fun gaming onto the game after you've finished the storyline.
This game is DEFINITELY worth buying. It rekindled my faith single-player computer gaming single-handedly.
And get this - it's so good technically that there hasn't been a single patch for it, even months after release, and there are no plans for one. They may release a patch to add some features and perhaps make some of the chapters easier (for the kiddies I guess), but otherwise one of the least buggy games I've ever played.
Yeah I downloaded the MAFIA demo and it got me hooked, the story is great and the textures and graphics are awesome too. The car models and the music really show a lot of work...Since Max Payne , third person shooters are really coming back to life
Ive been saving for a few games
Along with my addiction to PC upgrades
Unreal 2 is one
and Splinter cell for PC is the other :)
Im hoping they are out soon :)
