thermaltake case question

Just got my thermaltake case in today and was looking throught the parts (havent got the guts to put into it yet) In the hardware box there is a dark grey metal ring. What is that for...looked all over the case and couldnt figure out where it would go. Can anyone help me out here. Tks

It's some type of filter to attach some cables like powersupply cable or the cables from hardcano 7:wave:
