DDR3200 ram reading only at 200mhz

I purchased some Samsung 512mb PC3200 DDR (400mhz FSB) ram for my comp:

Asus A7N8X Mobo
Ahtlon XP 2400+

In the start up screen in Bios is says that my memory is running at 200 mhz. I went into Bios, but the options to change the mhz speed is grayed out for the memory.

Is there some incompatability issues that's disallowing my ram to function at full potential?

200 is the correct speed...the ddr part makes it 400...ddr333 runs at 166...ddr266 runs at 133
