  • Homemade Casing

Alright, with all the cases I've seen that people have somehow managed to put together from ....'stuff' what materials do you want to use/avoid when building a homemade case? How does grounding work when you make a case out of.... a plasitc crate for example, or a metal tool box (from recent posts)? Obviously they're not going to be AMD/Intel approved, but I'm more interested in the safety/stability of the components.

    Thanks!

Just make sure that all the metal parts are earthed which only requires a wire to do. ;)

Switches and LED's can be supplied by electronics stores (DSE, Tandys or Jaycar for you). ;)
