Download aMSN for free. MSN compatible messenger application. A very nice MSN compatible messenger application, aMSN Messenger is a multiplatform MSN messenger clone. Works pretty much like its Windows based counterpart.

You could also tryu Gaim, it's like Trillian for Windows. It handles multiple chat protocols. AIM, MSN, ICQ, and alot more.

        Get it here:
Download Pidgin IM for free. A universal instant messaging (IM) program . See https://pidgin.im/about/ for more information. Pidgin is an instant messaging program which lets you log in to accounts on multiple chat networks simultaneously.

If you use kde there are three clients that you can use, kmess, kmerlin and kopete. kopete is a multi protocol client (msn, icq, aim, yahoo and irc), I use kmess for msn access.
