How do I fix the problem when I try to run Audio Tuning Wizard it says "We are unable to run the Audio Tuning Wizard at this time." I've rebooted and even reinstalled MSN Messenger but it still won't work. Please help.

This is more of an Application question so I'm moving it to that forum.

Make sure you have all the updates from microsoft. www.windowsupdate.com

I know there is an update there for messenger, but Im not sure which version. Either way its a good idea to get most of the updates found there.

I went to the windows update site and got the only available upgrade, the "Windows Messenger Audio Update" one. But that didn't fix the problem. The message still occurs and i can't have voice or video chats.
By the way i am running windows XP.

do you have a firewall installed? when you run audio tuning wizard, does it ask for connecting to internet.
if it does then do see that you don't click "No" to the pop-up window? you need to have your mic connected when you start this wizard. check that it is connected.
