Avance ALS4000 vs. Nvidia Nforce2 Onboard sound

I have Windows XP, and I have both these sound cards installed in my pc. Now, which should I use? Thanks all!

What is the exact motherboard that ya using and have you fitted a separate sound card? :?:

I'm using an Epox 8RDA+ Mobo and yes, the ALS4000 is also installed.
So basically, I can connect my (2) speakers to either of the two.

I just use the onboard sound as it'll handle up to 6 speakers and sounds great (w/ my Z540 speaker system). Havin' that other in will likely cause problems plus it's totally unnecessary.
