Default H55M Pro / Windows BSOD

I bought a H55M Pro together with a i5-750 cpu and two "dolphin" brand memory modules at 1333(CL9).
So my problem is that Windows-7(x64) (only os I have) can't run stable. At random times, it just crashes instant into a BSOD (mostly bad pool error or interrupt error) without any pre-warnings.
I know there are dump files, but I can't find any point on these files why my system crashes at random points. It also occurs independent of idle or busy cpu loads.

BIOS is v 2.00 (newest). / CMOS is resetted.
And I have done no overclocking, just default settings in BIOS.

Edit: I just checked out the brand of my memory modules, they are made by dolphinram, name is iDO-LO-D3-1333-2568-2G. On thier website / even internet isn't any tech-doc about that ram, so I can't change the voltage to be something right. -.-

Thank you for any help! :)

Edit: Problem has been solved now! Have changed memory modules.
