Default Performance difference at memory with Asrock 330HT

Hi. I'd like to upgrade my asrock 330ht two memory chips 2x2gb. There are two candidates - couple of mainstream kingston KVR800D2S5/2G 5-5-5-18 or kingston KHX6400S2ULK2/4G 4-4-4-12. How much difference in performance can be get? Also memory will be used with SSD

Please check the AVL for this model:
    http://www.asrock.com/nettop/avl/ION%20330HT.pdf

From Kingston you will only find ValueRAM modules there. Also, only CL5 and CL6 is specified for the tested modules. The HyperX modules can use CL4, but I do not know how they would do in this nettop.

If the possible minor performance increase weighs up against the higher price and unknown compatibility is something you have to decide by yourself.

Or buy both, compare, and then return or sell off the unused modules.
