Default 890FX Deluxe3 System Ram vs Crossfire

Am running Ballistic Tracer ram and and a pair of Asus 5870 in crossfire. It turns out that when I run crossfire the Windows 7 ram score is 5.5. When I run just 1 V card (no crossfire) my ram scores 7.7. This is born out in Super Pi runs - The system ram is slower in crossfire ? Moved ram around to different slot - no Diff.
What am I missing - Thanks for any info

    SSD in Raid 0

Bios & drivers are up to date - Thinking back its always done 5.5 - thought it was my ram

Well a update ---- thought I would run FM06 with and without Crossfire - basicly the same score-- ahh - it blows -- oh well
    Hey Houston - got a problem -

Just did the routine with me new Gigabyte with a 890FX A -UD5
Given that my vcards are ok - I think they are - 5870 Asus in CFire
There is something thats just not right with this chipset on my Asrock or my Gigabite
There seems to be no scaling 2% maybe.
Have run every top line crossfire sence the 850 plat.
The sysytem is pretty much just as fast in games with one card and MUCH more stable
    This is all stock runs
Gona go back to me Asus DDR2 just to see

Oh yea I know I know just enough to sound lost LoL

    useing one ssd no raid

Are you sure you installed the correct ATI crossfirex for CCC? Which Windows 7 are you using? You must download the ATI CrossFireX Application Profiles.

    1. Have one video card, uninstall CCC and use Driver Sweeper to remove all traces of CCC.

    2. Turn off machine and put in additional video cards with two or more bridges.

    3. Boot up and install the latest CCC from .

IMPORTANT: Download CrossFire-X Profiles!!! It's NOT included in CCC!!!

    4. Restart computer.

    5. Enable CrossFire-x and monitor the temperatures. Overclock if neccessary.

    5. Use the drop-down menu in CCC to enable CrossFire-X.
