    Default ASRock M3A770DE+

Hello! I'm building a new system for a friend and have decided that the following components would make for a cheap system with a mean punch. AMD Phenom II X4 945, HD 5830, Corsair 400W PSU, 4GB 1600MHz DDR3, a 32GB SSD, a 500GB SATA drive and the ASRock M3A770DE+
What I want to know is : does this motherboard support 1600MHz clocked DDR3? It says that it only supports it OC (OverClocked) mode but if all the components are at stock speed, what do I need to overclock? Should I overclock? It's very confusing. Does this mean that the DDR3 will work at 1333MHz until I OC the CPU?
I don't know, someone please shed some light on this for me. Thank you!

purchase the 1600mhz ram. the default speed in bios will be 1333mhz but you can change the speed within the memory settings simply by selecting 1600mhz.
