Hello, I'm new to the boards and had a problem with a new setup and figured I'd come here first. I just got the following components for a new build:

EVGA GeForce GTX460 1024 MB DDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ955FBGMBOX
GeIL Value PLUS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model GVP34GB1600C9DC
ASRock M3A770DE AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard

I'm using the following parts from my last system (all working fine):

Sony Optiarc 18X DVD±R DVD Burner With 12X DVD-RAM Write Black E-IDE / ATAPI Model 7170A-0B - OEM
CORSAIR HX Series CMPSU-520HX 520W PSU
LIAN LI PC-7B plus II Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive
Western Digital Caviar Blue 320 GB Bulk/OEM Hard Drive 3.5 Inch, 8 MB Cache, 7200 RPM SATA II

I hooked everything up properly but when the computer starts and my Windows XP CD tries to install Windows it says it can't detect any hard drives and the only boot option in the Bios is the CD Drive. I checked the SATA cable for the Seagate HD and it is in securely, as well as the cable from the PSU.

Another funny thing is when I plug in the Western Digital Hard Drive the computer won't even boot up. I've tried numerous cables from my PSU but nothing works.

So to sum everything up I have two hard drives and the computer only boots up when one (the Seagate) is plugged in, but it won't recognize it. Sorry if this is a little long, I wanted to provide as much detail as possible. Thanks in advance for any help, I really appreciate it.
