I recently purchased of ebay a ion330 pro pc works great but when to many usbs are pluged in sometimes machines turns off instantly i believe the problem is the power supply as it is very very hot at these times. while looking for replacement i see most are saying 19v 3 amps the power supply i recieved is 12v 2 amps could someone tell me which is correct. cheers

A 19V PSU would be a first since mainboards use 12V and 5V to operate. I also couldn't find such a PSU, so I guess this was a typo of yours. Anyway, it's most likely the fact that your board can't handle all the demand from the USB-ports since it can only output so much electricity. You should get an external USB-hub with its own power supply. This should get rid of your problem.
