I recently upgraded my Asrock ION 330 with an ssd from OCZ, the Vertex I 30GB.

It works but when I power on BIOS takes forever to post and I see the numbers 0075, 0078 and some others on screen. After a long time it will boot, but this delay kind of defeats the purpose of having an SSD.

I found the FAQ on the asrock site, it tells me to either replace the cables (doesnt help), replace the ssd (not an option) or put it in SATA1 mode. Unfortunately the SSD has no jumper to set SATA1.

Since it does work, what is wrong here and can it be fixed somehow? Needless to say bot mobo and SSD already have latest bios/firmware.
