    OK my thought's on it.
    The temperatures/voltages shown in your capture seemed quite okay.
    Yes the voltage seems okay for a Phenom II 955.
    3 different 955's Look at max voltage→
    Compare AMD Processors for Desktops: AMD Phenom
    No the voltage is not okay for a AMD Phenom 9950 be (which was at 1.4v shown in his capture)

    I contacted friend who know's well in computer.
    And he sayd it's 99% PSU problem.
    Sticker on PSu says its 500w but it could be 350w-450w that is to low for my pc.
    9800gt need an aditional 6pin cable.
