I just researched this. You may want to update your chipset drivers.

page 50 what is the differance between Turbo 30 and Load Optimized Cpu settings?
When you set it to Turbo25 or Turbo30 the PhenomII 1090T CPU disables 2 cores when they are not needed and increases the speed of the other 4 cores. Thats on the Turbo settings.

So I took your advice as you said and it did seem to work, atleast until I OC'ed even a little more 3.7 now and it has started again, is there a way around this? Or am I going to have to OC lower? Prime95 runs stable though

When you oc you may need a little more voltage on the CPU NB VID just a little should help with the OC. You should get with ASROCK and find out why that motherboard's super IO controller does not read individual core temperatures as all the other motherboards do. I believe it is that motherboard not the PhenomII CPU that is causing the CPUID HWMonitor and the other programs like core temp not to read individual core temperatures.

CPU NB voltage may need to go up a little. like 1.2v. Also it is important that the NB frequency is not up to high. It should be around 2000 to 2100. It is best to set the North bridge frequency and the HT frequency down a little when OCing. It is better if they are the same frequency around 2000Mhz to 2100Mhz.

You can it's easy once you know how. Pull the image up on your screen then press the PrtScn SysRq tab on your keyboard. Goto paint click the paste tab. Crop it to cut away the junk. Save it as a JPEG somewhere you can find it. I use Imageshack online to upload and save it online. They provide a Forums Link URL for the photo copy the Forums Link url and paste the it in a reply thread.
