    Okay very good image.
I see you are overclocked a little. Bus speed at 217Mhz instead of 200Mhz.
You may want to go into bios and try setting the memory voltage to 1.66v.
You may want to go into bios and set the cpu NB voltage to 1.2v or even 1.3v then see if you can run prime.
    Monitor system and cpu temperatures.

You may want to try Prime with the memory set to 667MHz DDR3_1333 in BIOS Just to see if that's what's causing the Prime errors. It is possible you can set the memory to 1333Mhz and the cpu and system bus to 233Mhz and get Prime running good at that setting. On some cpu's the AMD memory controller prefers the memory to be set a tad lower. I suggest just try it and see if that's causing Prime to be unstable.

I am not certain as to how you obtained your OC.
It's in your BIOS. On page 51 of your motherboard manual under OC Tweaker HT Bus Speed. The image is towards the bottom of that page. It can be set to manual and you have the option to set it there in your BIOS.
    ftp://174.142.97.10/manual/890GX%20Extreme4.pdf
When I looked at your image it showed it at 1961.38Mhz close to 1962 at bus speed 218Mhz. This should be good unless you are trying to raise bus speed alot more. This is already at x9. 9x218=1962. Did you set it, or are you using Asrock OC tuner and it already set it? Are you OCING with BIOS or allowing OC tuner to OC it in Windows?
