Default AsRock Fatality 1 Pro Socket 1155

Does anyone know if this motherboard is available anywhere in the USA with the new Revision. They promised and never delivered at Newegg so I got a refund after they jerked me around for weeks. I really want this particular board, it has legacy IDE on the motherboard for 2 devices which is important to me and also a host of other features that really are cool. The " Auto Overclock"went to 4.8GHz and was as stable as any board I have ever owned.
All I want to know is where and when I can buy another.

You had one and returned it because it was b2?

Ive seen some b3 p67 models of asus ,gigabyte and msi boards for sale retail.
No asrock ones from my retailer yet,tho they are still selling b2 stock and even b2 and b3 asus p8p67 boards at the same time for the same price!.

Why anyone would buy asus b2 instead of b3 at the same price,I cant imagine.

Thats would be silly, even though the recall only affected 2 SATA ports, I still would not want to tear down a whole build again and replace the motherboard. The ASRock Fatal1ty 1 Pro board is totally awesome ( now you have me posting like a spammer) It has something imporant to a customer of mine on the board, a PATA connector, I know this can be overcome with a cheap pci card but the point is that I want to build him a great computer, 240 gb SSD 16 gbs of GSkill RAM you know what I mean , the works. But if I cant buy the board, I will have to turn to the Asus P8P67 Deluxe.
