In case you were wondering an IPL Device could be a CD Drive, Hard Disk, Floppy etc.

I would Clear the CMOS (Reset Bios)

The easiest and simplest way to do this is by removing the battery that is on the your motherboard.
    Step 1: Turn off PC
Step 2: Remove power cord from back of power supply
Step 3: Remove battery from the motherboard, and count to 60.
Step 4: Place the battery back on the motherboard.
Step 5: Place the power cord back on the power supply
    Step 6: Turn on PC
Step 7: Bios has been cleared.
Step 8: Set all your correct Bios settings or select "Load Optimized Bios Settings"

Good Luck, hope this works for ya.
