I just finished a new build and on the first power up I entered the BIOS menu and changed the date/time. As I started to browse through the BIOS menu everything froze (the timer stopped counting up and I could not move the cursor anymore). I restarted the computer and this time it never made it to POST--Dr. Debug showed "09" which I could not find in the code table in the manual. I cleared CMOS and tried again--same pattern. I could enter BIOS and move through the menus and change things for about 10 seconds before it froze. After the freeze, upon restarting, the computer would not make it to POST and showed code "09".

Thanks for any help.
