    Dear seacape,

Due to we don't have D-LINK DFE-520TX, we test D-Link DFE-530TX LAN card which is installed to P67 Pro3 PCI slot.
The LAN card can be recognized by the system and work normally.

Please kindly refer to below suggestions for testing.
    1. Load BIOS default settings.
    2. Use eraser to clean the golden finger of PCI card for testing.
    3. Reinstall PCI card and check the card is installed correctly to try.
    4. If possible, please kindly install PCI card to other motherboard to check whehter the card is fine or not.

If the problem still cannot be sovled, please kindly contact your local dealer to check your system.
    Thanks for your e-mail.

    Have a nice day
