    Default ati2dvag

I keep getting a blue screen, with this info: "a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damages. It was caused by ati2dvag. The device driver got stuck in an infinite loop. Could be a problem with the device driver. ait2dvag Beginning of memory dump."

I have two PC's with this Asrock 890FX Deluxe 4, one has that problem, the other does not. The one with the problem has an Asus 5770 1 GB video card. I replaced it with a Radeon 5770 1 GB video card and still have the ati2dvag problem.

Running WinXP, reformat and fresh install of XP didn't help.

Removed vga driver and reinstalled video driver from the Asrock CD. Didn't fix the problem. Tried other video drivers for the Asus 5770, didn't fix it. Now I'm using the all-in-one from the 8.70_WHQL I downloaded from Asrock.
So far today it's okay, but I doubt that.

Has anyone solved this very common problem?
