Even with the CPU offset set at 0.050v and the VTT set at 1.196v(and I've tried it at lower voltages as well), I still cannot get this to be a stable system. BSOD at every 5 minutes or less, and now it doesnt even want to boot Windows, I get a BSOD durring Windows boot. I don't know what to do at this point other than RMA the board. I shouldn't have to fight with this like I am. Any last suggestions before I RMA this?

i cant think whatelse you could try,and your right you shouldnt have to tweak voltages that much, its either mb or ram fault or could be bios incompatibility with that make/model of ram, your not using integrated graphics either so that rules out igpu, its up to you whether you want to rma the ram or mb first, personally i would rma the ssmallest/easiest component first but its up to you

Well, I've had the RAM and Motherboard replaced... STILL having issues. Now, instead of a 0x124, its just crashing in the Windows installer. I am going to contact Intel tomorrow. If that doesn't fix it, ima tell Newegg that they need to give me a refund on this motherboard.

I did try that. It was one of the first things I tried. I dont have my gfx card in, nor the Turbo Memory. Just one of the 4gb sticks, and thats it. I'm really confused by this issue.
