Default ASRock Extreme4 Gen3 Sli without bridge?

Hello all, just looking for some insight..

I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard from ASROCK ALiveN570-SLI to ASROCK Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 however want to be sure I don't need the Sli bridge. I'm currently running 2x GeForce GTS250, which works fine with the current board. Win7 shows running Sli, I get WEI 7.3, and Racedriver GRID uses about 65-70% of the cards at full graphics and never drops a frame.

Reason I ask, one of the cards is the crappy Palit version which doesn't have the SLI connecter slot otherwise I would use the connector.

I will upgrade GPUs at some point but would need to be playing a game which demands that extra juice.

You should probably check with Nvidia and/or the graphics card manufacturer to verify if SLI will work with your current video cards when using the latest Nvidia drivers with your new motherboard.
Are both of your graphics WEI scores = 7.3 with your dual GTS 250 cards?

From page 5 in the ASROCK Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 motherboard user manual:
