    Default DDR2133 memory

Thanks in advance for any info you can give me.I built my new system this morning. ASRock Z68 Extreme 7 Gen3, Intel i7 2600K, G.Skill F3-17000CL99-4GBZH memory (16GB). The problem that I am having is that when I run CPU-Z its showing that the memory is only running at PC3-12800 (800 mhz) speed even though its rated for 2133. I loaded the XMP 1.3 profile in the bios in hopes that it would speed things up. Is there a trick to get this memory to run at 2133 or is CPU-Z just not reading it right? As you can tell I am not much of an overclocker but would like to get the memory to run at the correct speed. Thanks in advance again.

Short Answer thats because of other settings in the UEFI that clock down the CPU and Memory when not needed...But when needed your Memory will throttle up to 2133mhz automatically.
