Angry AsRock Extreme3 Gen3 GPU Problem

New build, no video signal when GPU is plugged in

Here are the specs of my comp.CPU: i5-2500k
MoBo: AsRock Extreme 3 Gen 3
    Ram: G.Skill F3-10600CL9S-4GBNT 4GB (1x4GB) DDR3 (2 of these)$
ODD: LG GH24NS70 24x SATA DVD-RW Drive OEM
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr II OC 1GB
    PSU: Antec Neo Eco 520C
    HSF: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo
    Monitor: LG E2441V-BN 24LED E41 5MS D-SUB DVI-D HDMI VESA
    Case: Antec 300
    HDD: 750GB and 500GB SATA

The problem is that when my GPU is inserted(plugged in to PCIE2 as well as the connectors from the PSU to GPU) it does not boot
However whenever the GPU is not inserted, the computer boots up properly and works(this is how I have been using it the past couple of days)
This is my BIOS settings for North Bridge Configuration

    Things I've Tried
Putting another GPU from another comp into this comp, doesn't work(Hence, unlikely to be GPU's fault)

    Dear conix,

We test ASUS GTX560Ti with Z68 Extreme3 Gen3, system works well.
    I didn't see the symptom.

Please kindly refer to below suggestions for testing.
    1. Clear CMOS to try.
    2. Install the VGA card to other PCIE slots to check whether the symptom still occur.
    3. If possible, please install the VGA card to another system to check whether the VGA card is fine.

If the problem still cannot be solved, please kindly contact your local dealer to check your system.
    Thanks for your support!

    Have a nice day
    ASRock TSD
    Emily
