Is your system using the latest bios version for your motherboard?
Did you connect 2 pci-e 6-pin power connectors to your 560Ti?
Are you sure that your 560Ti is fully seated and that there is no interference with any motherboard components?
Did you try both pci-e gen3 motherboard slots?
Is an 8-pin EPS_12v connector plugged into to your motherboard?
Can you test your 560Ti in another system?

    Dear baggedmazda,

We test GTX560Ti with Z68 Extreme3 Gen3, system works well.

Please kindly refer to below suggestions for testing.
    1. Clear CMOS to try.
    2. Install the VGA card to other PCIE slots to check whether the symptom still occur.

If the problem still cannot be solved, please kindly contact your local dealer to check your system.
    Thanks for your support !

    Have a nice day
