    Default onboard video, disabling it

Hi, new here..just built a new computer and Im wondering how to disable the onboard video on my asrock z68m/usb3 MB as Im thinking its causing a memory isssue in windows, as windows is only showing 1.9 gigs of my memory when I have 4 gigs in it, yes its a 32 bit windows xp, but still should show more than 1.9..also my cpu has onboard video too, would that also cause a Problem?

I have looked though the bios, but cant find anything.

    thanks for any help
