Default ASRock H67M-ITX BSOD Coming out of Sleep

ASRock H67M-ITX Socket 1155
Corsair Force CSSD-F40GB2-A 40GB SATA II
Intel Core i3-2100T
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333 ModelF3-10666CL8D-4GBRM
HD 2000 graphics
Win7 64bit
LG 22X Super-Multi DVD Burner Black SATA Model GH22NS90B
Antec EA-380D PSU
Getting consistent BSOD’s after my system comes out of Sleepmode. A warm boot will get me to thenormal start up repair or restart screen. If I choose repair, in about 3 to 5 minutes I willget a message saying Windows cannot be repaired. If I chooserestart, I will make it to the “Starting Windows” screen where the system willhang indefinitely. Only a cold boot after disconnecting the powerwill allow me to get back into Windows.
This is a simple HTPC machine that is controlled by a WMCremote and connected to my server.
This started just the other day after I updated the Intel HDgraphics software. My first fix was touninstall the software but the issue still persists.
Any guidance would be appreciated. I can post the minidump if need be.
Thanks,

Thanks, wazza300. In my previous trouble shooting attempts, I may have corrupted Windows. Going to re-format and give it a shot this weekend.
