    Default i can't reset my CMOS ASRock 970 extrem4

    mother board: ASRock fx-970 extrem4, i interrupted my CMOS update by restarting my pc, now the pc wont boot up and the screen wont receive any signal , my speaker that on the motherboard won't "beeb", i tried to remove the battery and attach it back & replacing the JBAT7 jumper nothing resets my CMOS, any ideas or experience in that problem i know i missed it up please help.

    Since you tried removing your CMOS battery and moved the jumper...You could try that again only this time leave the battery out for a day then put it back in and put the jumper cap back to normal and plug the A/C cord back in to your PSU and cross your fingers and boot and enter your UEFI/BIOS right away and set defaults then make any changes that need to be made save and exit...and hopefully you will boot into windows.
    If not then your flash chip(eProm) is toast and you will need to replace it...
