    Default cannot activate XFast RAM

I just set up a new system using the EXTREME9 mb. All is working well, except that I cannot setup XFast Ram. All options in this section of the tweak utility are disabled. What's the deal?
My system is not overclocked and I installed 32GB of RAM because I want a large ramdisk (yes, I am aware of the risks).
Everything else in the tweak utility seems to work.

How can I activate the XFast RAM settings?

I probably should mention that I have Win7 64bit installed.
Could it be that this feature only works with 32bit versions of windows?

Hmm an interesting premise a 64-bit RamDisk(dependent upon the HD) vs. RAM. I suppose if a fast SSD is involved then the performance gains coupled with real RAM might prove noteworthy...
