Lightbulb Increase in shared graphic memory

    I have a Asrock A55M-HVS mobo , AMD A6-3500 APU and Corsair XMS3 4gb 1600Mhz Ram........
The max possible option for shared graphics memory is only 512mb.........
is there any way to increase it.......Or any bios update from AsRock to increase it.......?...?...

ASRock > Products > Motherboard > A55M-HVS > Download Bios shows that the most recent bios version is 1.20 dated 11-08-2011.
Which bios version are you currently using?
You might need to contact ASRock tech support directly to see if they have a special bios that allows more shared memory.

The only description for changes on the web site is "Improve USB mouse function", but there are probably some additional bug fixes.
Your best bet is to contact tech support online and see what they say about increasing the shared memory amount.
The specifications state "- Max. shared memory 512MB".
Are you using an optional video card?

Let us know what their response is.

i submited a post on asrock tech support a week ago.........but no response from them..........btw.....if i use a pre-overclocked ram.....well over 1600Mhz .......coz when i try to increase the bclock by 1 or 2......then my pc doesnt start......m currently running at 1600Mhz .....increase in ram speed will increase the memory clock for the GPU.....
