Default ASRock X79 Extreme9 "The BEEP IS GONE" YEAH

Just got an update for our soundcard from the MS Update and my very loud pop sound I get when the PC boots up or shuts down is gone. I had to tweak my settings a bit to get the sound level right afterwards, but that finally worked. I rebooted to test to see if doing that brought back the loud POP but no. Now my only complaint is the soundcard is too powerful !!!!!

Did not work for me. :(

It seems odd that a Windows driver could do anything about the pop when starting up the PC. I also get pops during the driver install and when changing the jack setup in the Sound Blaster control panel.

The control panel shows Ver:1.02.21 and the download from ASRock is Ver: 6.0.100.3004

You can see my post (link below) with a video of the issue. The pop has very little bass in real life but on the video playback it sounds like it has way more.
